Fabricated with a heavy structural steel frame and equipped with authentic dense Vaagai wood (Albizia lebbeck) mortar and pestle (Ural & Ulakkai), this unit operates at an ultra-low rotation speed of 14–16 RPM.
Operating at this low speed ensures that the oil extraction process generates no frictional heat, preserving natural antioxidants, volatile aromas, and vital micronutrients in sesame (gingelly), groundnut, and coconut oils.
